High-Energy Group Classes
BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! BODYPUMP™ is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.
CXWORX™ hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. The class combines the best of personal training with the energy of a group fitness class.
BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!
BODYSTEP™ a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body.
KICKBOXING/BOXING is a high intensity interval class where you will use a heavy bag to build strength while enhancing the cardiovascular system. Each class starts with a dynamic warm-up to increase mobility and to prepare the muscles and joints for the tough workout ahead. We then move into 30 to 40 minutes of boxing/kickboxing combinations with short bouts of cardio interval training. Class ends with deep stretching and relaxation. Gloves and wraps are required.
CAGE FITNESS™ is a crazy-fun, kick-butt, total body workout designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. CAGE FITNESS™ is based on the structure of an MMA Main Event Fight. What this means is that CAGE FITNESS™ will give you a total body workout in just 5 – 5 minute rounds. The 4 key elements focused on are endurance, strength, power, and core!
TRX STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING uses the original TRX Suspension Trainer to leverage gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. This class will help deliver a fast, effective total-body workout while building a rock-solid core and increasing muscular endurance. We also incorporate other modalities of training (TRX Rip trainer, bodyweight, barbells, kettlebells) to give you a well rounded workout.
BEYOND BARRE is designed to help tighten, tone, and sculpt the entire body using combined methods of Ballet, Barre, Pilates, and Core Strengthening. This specialized fitness class will work all of the major muscle groups as well as all the deeper supporting muscles to lengthen and tone the entire body. The best part? No dance background is needed!
RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within; sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact. The short duration of a LES MILLS' SPRINT workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff is you will smash your fitness goals and burn calories for hours after each workout.
